Pune: HGM Limited has announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Healthcare Capital Holdings LLC (HCH), has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aideo Technologies, a U.S.-based AI-powered autonomous coding solutions provider.
The acquisition will significantly expand HGM’s healthcare services platform across revenue cycle management (RCM), medical coding, and healthcare analytics, reinforcing its strategy to deliver scalable AI-led automation and measurable outcomes in the healthcare sector.

Aideo Technologies to Enhance HGM’s AI-Led Healthcare Platform

Aideo’s Autonomous Coding Platform, powered by advanced AI, natural language processing, real-time analytics, and Large Language Models (LLM), achieves accuracy levels beyond manual and traditional CAC systems. Its HL7 interoperability ensures seamless integration with industry-standard EHR systems, supporting surgical specialties, anesthesia, radiology, emergency departments, and RCM companies across the U.S.”
He added that the technology complements HGM’s existing strengths, enabling rapid scalability, better compliance, and enhanced value delivery to providers, payers, and patients.
Transaction Details
Under the terms of the agreement, HGM Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, will acquire 100% equity in Aideo Technologies via an equity transaction. The deal is expected to close in August 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
